Hi Happy Creative is operated by Luminara Digital LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and purchases of our digital products.

Digital products and access

Our products are digital sewing patterns, guides, bonuses and selected video tips. No physical item is shipped. Product contents are described on the relevant product page and at checkout.

Delivery and support. Once payment is approved, access instructions are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, Promotions and Spam/Junk folders. If you have not received the email within 30 minutes of payment approval, contact us at hihappycreative@gmail.com. We reply within one business day.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own non-commercial sewing projects. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, publish, upload, translate, modify for distribution, or create derivative commercial products from the patterns, guides, videos or other materials without our prior written permission.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment is processed through the checkout provider shown at the time of purchase. The applicable guarantee period and refund process are displayed at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Intellectual property

All website content, product materials, branding, illustrations, photography, patterns, guides and videos are owned by or licensed to Hi Happy Creative / Luminara Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This website and product delivery may link to third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
